I think you'd need to contact a tendai or shingon or some sort of hanmi lineage master for that.I don't think they'd be very willing.As far as I know,it's from taisho tripitaka,so they might know it.

Hello,
Recently I had two very strange dreams,one I can't remember very much but the other explicitly instructing me to accumulate 100,000 Buddha Shakyamuni mantras.Just curious have you guys had such experience and should I take to the dream?

What has zopa Rinpoche instructed you to do ? If you arent familliar with it I might suggest a practice known as Tonglen.
