How do you create this "Dharma practice atmosphere"? :twothumbsup: A very good question. My recommendation would be everywhere and sideways and twice on Sundays. In other words you use everything you can and have. If anyone knows a simpler way to give up the non essential . . . then we are all ears...

Any ideas or tips for dealing with pain and stiffness in thighs, especially after sitting.
