Namaste

Post by Youngtin » Sun May 19, 2013 7:58 pm

:namaste: to everyone,

Delving into Buddhism has helped me overcome feelings of unhappiness and anger in my life.

I've been looking through this discussion board as well and it has further helped me with questions I had.

My initial practices in Buddhism were Zen orientated, but I have been interested in learning about the Vajrayana Tibetan tradition.

The board looks to be filled with helpful and knowledgeable members, If anyone can help me on my journey I would really appreciate it.

:thanks:
