Welcome to Dharma Wheel, I'm from the UK and I'm currently living in Yorkshire.
I don't know anyone who practices in the Dudjom lineage, although Jamyang Buddhist centre (it's a gelug centre but the chaplaincy is non-sectarian iirc) organise the liberation prison project and other chaplaincy roles.

I'm from London and you can often find me at Kagyu Samye Dzong or Lekdanling. I'm not sure how much Dudjom Tersar you will find in London but good luck
I'm sure there are probably at least some practioners out there.
Kagyu Samye Dzong has a Bardo group worth checking out for the chaplaincy side of things.
