Hello from washington state USA, I am Cosmic (on here for identity sake lol) I am a very much novice in the subject of Buddhism. To me this way or life makes sense and completely helps me more than basically everything i have explored from pagan beliefs (Wicca, sorcery, Odinism, heathenism, kemeticism, helenism) to just other things (seeing as I was a Christian for many years). I have but one question for anyone whom is much more experienced practitioner in Buddhism, where should a beginner start and how should they start.
Thank you all for your time, namaste, blessings and have a great day/evening.

Just relax and start from where you are. I.e. start with what is interesting for you. Buddhism is manifold, only compassion and ethical conduct are it's base. So, maybe it is good to start exploring this.
There's a beginner's forum at DW ("Discovering Mahayana Buddhism"). Maybe you like to read there and find topics that are relevant for personally you.
