My name is Lucalina (not my legal name, but hopefully soon to be changed; is pronounced loose- uh- lee- nuh).
I'm 24, turning 25 in September.
I was raised Christian, but at the age of 17 I slowly realized that i don't personally believe that anything all powerful exists, which prompted quite a few years wondering what I DO believe (I'm still not entirely sure;i have theories about the nature of the universe and the soul which are based on a hybrid of spiritualism and science but I can't be certain, especially considering we have approximately the same view of the cosmos as an ant does. If anyone is interested in my theories, feel free to ask but I'm not going into it otherwise)
Well, I still live in Georgia, but i would love to live somewhere a bit more open minded. I'm not complaining, i have some wonderful family to keep me in the area who i would never leave.
At any rate, I'm very new to Buddhism, I was introduced more formally into Buddhism by the discovery of the bodhisattva Guan Yin, and I want to learn more.
I've rambled enough, so I'll close here.
Blessings on you, reader!
