An introduction

Post by Idris »

Hello.

I have just joined out of genuine curiosity about Buddhist ideas. I am a Catholic Christian, recently introduced to mindfulness and fascinated to discover that there are some significant ideas that seem to have originated in Buddhist thought that have been the way I have learned to cope with life over the roughly 4 decades I've been here. Looking forward to reading and learning lots. Thanks.
