So glad you're back, and OK. The news here is nothing but COVID and the economy, but I did see that MSF has pulled out of Lesbos. It sounds like a hell realm there; what's the most effective way to help now?

We haven't pulled out. We are just re-organising in preparation for a COVID outbreak in the refugee camp. We scaled down for a while when the fascist attacks against members of Non-Government Organisations and refugees got out of hand.
