Their Dharma Eye magazine is running a translation and commentary on the Shobogenzo. Here is the latest issue:

Wonder if the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives is considered 'correct' enough to be part of the International Soto group?

No the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives is not part of Japanese soto zen organisation. And it has nothing to do with correctness or anything like that. In soto worldwide are accepted only poeple and org which follow standards and registered training in Japanese soto monasteries. Rev. Jiyu Kennett was herself originally from Japanese soto zen, but became independent and not interested in keeping touch with its Japanese origin. Therefore the Order of Buddhist Contemplatives does not belong to Japanese soto zen officially.
