Has anyone tried paida lajin? I've had good results slapping my body, especially my chest, inner elbows, head, and knees. I believe that stretching and slapping can stimulate chi flow which can open up energy blockages that cause many illnesses. I always feel better after slapping and I feel better for weeks afterward. Stretching has also helped me. They recommend slapping hard, but I find that light to medium slapping is the best for me. When I slap too hard it seems to cause irritation to the body.
