Cool!

Yang, Wing-Ming publishes a number of books with instructions on the Yi Jin Jing and Shi Shoei Ching through YMAA publishers. In addition, one of this books is actually a line by line explanation of the classics, along with instructions.
Meditate upon Bodhicitta when afflicted by disease

Meditate upon Bodhicitta when sad

Meditate upon Bodhicitta when suffering occurs

Meditate upon Bodhicitta when you are scared

In addition:

Yijinjing has existed for centuries as a favorite with the populace and is still widely used in sanatoria and hospitals for therapeutical purposes. Two ancient routines are selected into this book, one from Chen Yi's A Collection of Annals published in the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), with titles given later for the 12 forms, and the other from Internal Work Illustrated published in 1882. There are different views regarding the origin of yijinjing. Some people have attributed it, without sufficient authenticity, to Bodhidharma (1 - 528 or 536), an Indian abbot who preached Buddhism in China and founded the Zen Sect.

- So i guess we have here a Buddhist style and a more Taoist style.

But there are certain differences regarding the imagination from the flow from the internal Chi (exhalation and inhalation) , between the Buddhist styles and the Taoist styles.
