Hey everyone,

Here's what is going to be a great introductory series, if you are interested in doing physical yoga.

This is a good introduction, because the instructor is friendly, and has a gentle approach( no arm balances on day 1! )

Physical yoga has a number of benefits for Dharma practice.

1. Better circulation of winds through your body
2. Strengthening of the subtle energy system
3. Getting your navel and heart chakras in correct alignment

She looks like she knows what she's doing, but does she know what you're doing?
I strongly recommend that anyone interested in yoga finds a local teacher and goes along to classes, if at all possible.
