Instrumental music for studying/writing?

Post by caligirl » Fri Dec 15, 2017 2:48 am

Hi, my fellow dharma friends. Hope you all made wonderful progress with your practice. I just wonder if anyone can suggest some instrumental music that's good for clearing up the mind and helping with insights during study/writing sessions? I am not too good with fast beats and vocal components, so recommendations of any meditative instrumental (but not sleep-inducing or yoga-class-feel) music will be good. Thank you, and have a nice day. CG

In this degenerate age, right conduct and pure mind are difficult to maintain. Don't be to hard on yourself, try your best. Know that the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas will always embrace all beings, just as they are.
