Instrumental music for studying/writing?

Post by caligirl »

Hi, my fellow dharma friends. Hope you all made wonderful progress with your practice. I just wonder if anyone can suggest some instrumental music that's good for clearing up the mind and helping with insights during study/writing sessions? I am not too good with fast beats and vocal components, so recommendations of any meditative instrumental (but not sleep-inducing or yoga-class-feel) music will be good. Thank you, and have a nice day. CG
