Just sharing

Post by Ngawang Drolma » Wed Jun 09, 2010 3:49 pm

I'm tasked with writing an obituary today. Right now, in fact. It's not easy.
Any prayers for my mental comfort are appreciated, I don't like this.

Thanks all :)

Best,
Laura

Hmm... this might be one of those situations where bending the truth is called for. Anyhow.

Seeing others as yourself
May you understand their struggles
The meaning underlying them
And the benefits they bring us.

Her husband was so pleased with it, he said it couldn't have possibly been better written.
I made it through it :)

Thanks all for your support.

Kindly,

An example Dharma is emerging in daily life I think. No clinging to emptiness like that monk who got care for years from an elder lady and one day a younger lady had to hug him as check. He remained cold, as he knew.
He could find another place and take his knowing with him.

In the dreamlike world, the vast concern for others is pure as compassion is boundless.
