The units of measurement (new decimal numbers?) are simply a means of defining the quantity involved. The quantity does indeed get smaller. In just same way that any quantity can be doubled, any quantity can be halved ad infinitum. It doesn't matter whether that quantity is written as decimal fraction or a vulgar fraction.

I personally believe in a Multiverse of recycling universes. Spread out across the infinite space of infinite Big Bangs possibly with different sets of physics that is probably alien to one another. There never was a beginning nor an end.. Because a New Universe is created every minute but is so Insanely far away the light would never reach another universe. Thats what I believe.

That's the word I was grasping for.
In terms of time per se, we can't really define a beginning or end, but neither can we define a moment or regard any two things as beginning and ending simultaneously. Of course, we live our lives quite easily without having to think of these things, but when people do, they often seem to seek limitations and boundaries.
