You OK with being blindfolded, kneeling, rolling up a trouser leg and getting belted with a sword.....oh, and worship of Baphomet after initiation, of course ? ;)

Its like a cult - you have to be recruited.
There is no suffering to be severed. Ignorance and klesas are indivisible from bodhi. There is no cause of suffering to be abandoned. Since extremes and the false are the Middle and genuine, there is no path to be practiced. Samsara is nirvana. No severance achieved. No suffering nor its cause. No path, no end. There is no transcendent realm; there is only the one true aspect. There is nothing separate from the true aspect.

You're right - being a moderator is the best test and education for serenity and compassion. Your ego will be pumped up and smashed apart again until you understand: everything, every praise and every slander about yourself is nothing. It's empty.

I think, you'll have to stay for a while, write some hundred sane posts. Maybe later, in two years or so, if some mod is burned out and wants to leave, then they might gladly accept your offer.

I think its one of those things like being president (not mentioning any names here), if you want the job you may not be fit to handle it.

I found this deep in the fine print on the ToS page:
If your I.Q. is over 150, and you have $3,125.00 (plus handling), you might be eligible for a trial mod position. If you think you qualify, put the money in a cigar box and bury it in your backyard. One of our Underground Agents will contact you shortly.

Yep! I went last year as well. It was really nice this year to do the Rushen for a week before some Trekchod at the end.

I've met some lurkers there who recognized me. Haven't seen any regulars there... yet :)
