I like to pray on a bowl of oatmeal with a healthy dose of poppy seeds for calcium and a loooot of fruits.

Oh, yeah. They are a perfect start for the day really. The greatest thing about them is that one can really do anything with them. Have them with milk, or without and add some nuts or seeds or spices for some extra nutrition. Really perfect.

Oatmeal! With flax seed and unsweetened almond milk.

Occasionally Nature's Path Heritage Flakes (dry cereal) with almond milk and fruit.

Once in a blue moon, an egg.

If I merge the questions my answer becomes: 'why do I have a break when most do not?'. This has bothered me a long time.

If I were to pray it would be a balance: tread lightly and don't disturb the weak/ disadvantaged!?
