Is there any teaching based on meditative realization, or the experience of delogs, etc, that indicate whether beings in hell have any memory of their previous misdeeds or have any idea why they are where they are?
Delog by Dawa Drolma indicates that they can or do remember. Many of the hell beings specifically give messages for people in their former lives as people.
