I just picked up Positive Heath in Tibetan Medicine by Vaidya Bhagwan Dash and Ven. Doboom Tulku. It is a traslation of the Sman-'tsho-ba'i-mdo (Vaidya-Jiva-Sutra).
I started it yesterday (although I haven't completed the Decameron yet due to too much schoolwork). Has anybody else read this? Opinions?
