I have been looking for more good books on Tara. Anyone know of more than those listed below?

• Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche. Smile Of Sun And Moon.

• Khenchen Palden Sherab Rinpoche, Khenpo Tsewang Dongyal. Tara's Enlightened Activity.

Ah yes, I will probably read it too, but it looks like a scholarly overview which also includes a lot of other general stuff on Tibetan Buddhism, so it doesn't look as promising as the others.

Beyer was a good scholar. Eventually moved on, I think he became a lawyer.

This book looks similar to Skillful Grace but with at least parts of the commentary by Jamgon Kongtrul.

And, yes I second the Beyer recommendation.

This book looks similar to Skillful Grace but with at least parts of the commentary by Jamgon Kongtrul.

They're actually quite different, both worth having. Although there may be parts of overlap I can't remember for sure.

Khenpo Karthar's "Wishfulfilling Wheel" deals specifically with the practice of White Tara based on liturgies by Jamgon Kongtrul I and Tai Situ IX. A great book on sadhana practice generally also.
