In my research on Bon Buddhism, i see that the orginal shamans of Bon still exist, they are known as Jankhri's in Nepal?
Im sure this is debatable..
But is anyone from Nepal in this forum? and if anyone is familiar with bon, Are Jankhri's originial Bon shamans? These shamans are hard to locate since political and many other factors are threatening their practices and rights.
the Jankhris seem to have the characteristics of my studies on bon shamanism, But does anyone know any information about the Jankhri?
