Did you mean Anguttara Nikaya?

The Mahayana version of the Anguttara Nikaya (numbered discourses) is the Ekottara Agama.

I have very little information about this sutra; it is referenced in Thinley Norbu Rinpoche's autobiograpghy "A Brief Fantasy History of a Himalayan". He includes a qoute from the sutra which discusses the romantic appeal of women to men and vice versa. This seemed like a somewhat unique topic for a sutra so I was curious.

I think, there is no Anguta Sutra in the Tibetan Kangyur or Tengyur. You can find only two text in the Tengyur with the title
A. एकोत्तरिकस्तोत्र (ekottarikastotra) གཅིག་ལས་འཕྲོས་པའི་བསྟོད་པ། (gcig las 'phros pa'i bstod pa) from the Author:Mātṛceṭa

B. एकोत्तरकर्मशतक (ekottarakarmaśataka) ལས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་གཅིག་པ། (las brgya rtsa gcig pa) from the Author:Guṇaprabha
