I understand. I wish you well. Try to remember the thoughts, visions, voices, feelings, etc., are not real. They are not true. They don't command you. Center yourself as you would in a crowded subway station hearing many voices and seeing many actions but not following them. Relax and breathe deeply into the presence of your inner crowd. Let them be free to roam, but only stand watch as God would, not intervening or commanding.

There have been some inspiring stories of recovery from Schizophrenia and other mental and physical health conditions using the Guan Yin Citta Dharma Door taught by Master LuJunhong. I've had good results in my practice. It helps to repay the karmic debts that cause a lot of these types of mysterious and devastating conditions.
