I wish to marry a Dakini.

Please pray for me and recite mantras for me and dedicate merit to me so that I may receive my wish.

Thank you kindly.

The four means of converting beings to the Dharma are generosity (which itself as four aspects: giving material gifts, conferring fearlessness, loving kindness and teaching Dharma), pleasant speech, conduct and setting an example.

Only dakas can marry dakinis. Ordinary men can't handle it.

If you practice strongly and in a focused way, the appropriate partner will come.

But be careful what you wish for; real yoginis and dakinis will be uncompromising in confronting your hidden faults. They will hold up a mirror to all in you that is crooked and broken. If you aren't committed to giving up your faults, you won't have very much fun.

Just yesterday my friend was joking about how many fake dakinis are married to fake lamas.

You are right, I am very low capacity at the moment.

It's probably best for me to marry a devoted lay woman and aspiring yogini.

If you marry a dakini, does it mean you have basically a living Buddha as your spouse who can skillfull help you in the spiritual path?

Where exactly are you going to find this dakini? On Tinder? Mail order? If you do not have the karma to marry a dakini then you never will. Work on building up the merit and maybe one day your wish will come true. You are still too young to get married anyway, so...

Dakinis are a real pain.

Always going on and on transmitting stuff, flying around smashing up the furniture, demanding weird sex.........great teeth, good with a chopper, but they are rubbish cooks.

Nah, don't bother. Just find a suitable mountain cave and meet up with one for a week or two every year.

“Not all dakinis appear in young and beautiful form; in horrific form they have the power to open the practitioner’s mind in a direct way. This is how the karma dakini appears in ‘destroying’ mode, removing particularly intractable obstacles to practice. The great master Tilopa was constantly under the tutelage of an ugly old dakini-woman, Vajrayogini in disguise, who saw his spiritual potential and guided his development. Of particular significance is the ‘laughing and crying’ dakini who appears in horrifying form. Naropa saw the ugly hag who pointed out his intellectual blindness to the true meaning of the teachings he studies. This is the karma dakini in her destroying mode, removing obstacles for the obstinate tantric practitioner for whom a gentler approach would not be effective. Her horrific appearance has the effect of stopping conceptuality in its tracks and terrifying arrogance into submission.”

Just get used to raw flesh and blood. After all, everything is technically nectar to a dakini.

Is there an order for dakinis? Or are they all the same with the same state?

man, why you want to mate with a dhakkini? at least ask for a jñana one, or you might get your balls cutted off at the least disrespect. :quoteunquote:

I suspect that both your future wife and you would be content to have a marriage based on deep personal love for each other and solid shared aspiration for bodhicitta.

May it be so!

Get your training wheels with a sambogakaya/visualized dakini.
I support Mingyur R and HHDL in their positions against Lama abuse.
