I find it helpful to clearly recognize a knowing feature that is unchanged, and from here I can tell my distracting thoughts from it. Though it has no location, I find it helpful to look at an object to recognize this knowing feature. I was told if I don’t know anything, then I am in the abyss of ignorance.
Within that state of clarity, there is a knowing that remains unchanged stationary can be seen when looking at an object.
