Khana teachers - India

Post by JPMeditator » Sun Nov 17, 2019 7:06 am

Hi,

I wondered if anyone might be able to point me in the direction jhana teachers in India or Nepal. For the last couple of months I have been able to enter the first, second and third jhanas (description according to the Suttas) and I feel it would be beneficial for me to explore this with a teacher.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Peace.

Jon

Maybe you should visit the Theravada forum https://dhammawheel.com/ ? I don't think that the jhanas have the same significance in Mahayana as they have in Theravada.
