How to Combine Loving-Kindness Meditation with Concentration Meditation?

I am trying to evoke the feelings of loving-kindness while going into deep theta delta mode but not really achieving much success.

Do you have a teacher 2nd chance? I know nothing of delta theta epsilon omega or anything like that..
But I do recommend finding a teacher.

B Allan Wallace has a book on the Four Immeasurables that goes into this subject.
"...if you think about how many hours, months and years of your life you've spent looking at things, being fascinated by things that have now passed away, then how wonderful to spend even five minutes looking into the nature of your own mind."

That wasn't a recommendation. I thought you might have gotten the theta delta thing from him. But I do not recommend him, because he's a quack. He appropriates stuff from Eastern religions, takes them out of context, and stuffs them into his own pseudoscience.

To me deep concentration states are the equivalent of delta theta states .. there are plenty of Teachers and articles on the internet teaching deep meditation ..

All I am trying to achieve is to combine loving kindness with deep concentration meditation .. if likening deep concentration meditation to deep delta theta meditation states is wrong, then we can just call it deep concentration states ..

make universal love your "object" of meditation. try to take it beyond words (thoughts).
may I be well, happy and in peace
may all beings around me be well, happy and in peace
may all beings in this village be well, happy and in peace
may all beings in this city be well, happy and in peace
may all beings in this country be well, happy and in peace
may all beings in this continent be well, happy and in peace
may all beings in this planet be well, happy and in peace
may all beings in this system be well, happy and in peace
may all beings in this universe be well, happy and in peace

may all beings, wherever they are, be well, happy and in peace
may all of them reside in perfect joy and peace
may all of their needs be satisfied
may all of them be free from suffering

Concentrate on a visualized image of Chenrezig or Tara and say their mantra.
1.The problem isn’t ‘ignorance’. The problem is the mind you have right now. (H.H. Karmapa XVII @NYC 2/4/18)
2. I support Mingyur R and HHDL in their positions against lama abuse.
3. Student: Lama, I thought I might die but then I realized that the 3 Jewels would protect me.
Lama: Even If you had died the 3 Jewels would still have protected you. (DW post by Fortyeightvows)

Yes I have been waiting for someone to bring this up!

How do you make “Universal Love” to be beyond words when meditating?

When I think the words “May all being be ..” or “May all of them be ..” I tend to find myself not to be in deep concentration modes.

It is similar to arupa jhana / formless absorption meditation where the "object of concentration" actually is a theme since "object" usually implies "form".

you may start with form objects like "beings" but once the loving kindness arises from that you drop "beings" and focus/change to the theme of loving kindness, i.e. the experience of loving kindness and "concentrate" in it, i.e. don't move from that experience until non-conceptual absorption sets in.
There is the case where a monk keeps pervading the first direction[4] — as well as the second direction, the third, & the fourth — with an awareness imbued with good will. Thus he keeps pervading above, below, & all around, everywhere & in every respect the all-encompassing world with an awareness imbued with good will: abundant, expansive, immeasurable, free from hostility, free from ill will.

"That disciple of the noble ones, headman — thus devoid of covetousness, devoid of ill will, unbewildered, alert, mindful — keeps pervading the first direction [the east] with an awareness imbued with good will, likewise the second, likewise the third, likewise the fourth. Thus above, below, & all around, everywhere, in its entirety, he keeps pervading the all-encompassing cosmos with an awareness imbued with good will — abundant, expansive, immeasurable, without hostility, without ill will. Just as a strong conch-trumpet blower can notify the four directions without any difficulty, in the same way, when the awareness-release through good will is thus developed, thus pursued, any deed done to a limited extent no longer remains there, no longer stays there.
