Blessings for sure, thank you to keep sharing these bells. I learned from him to use the breath in correct way, which was somehow a struggle before. And this simple looking practice is such a help, in clouded moments.

We all want peace, while mind is making conflicts. Okay I get it.
We throw that mind out and case is closed. :spy: But, what and where out, no idea.

Thank you for sharing this talk; "Our Heart Already Knows"

My pleasure. A new one is up now, featuring a nice discussion of Padmasambhava and the Vajra Guru mantra, "All is Well":

I'm considering purchasing one of Anam Thubten's books, having never read any of them. As I understand it, all three of the books in prose are edited from his public talks; and then there's a book of poetry. For those who are familiar, do any of them stand out as particularly insightful? Is there a difference of focus between the books, or do they all cover similar ground?

I'm kind of embarrassed to admit that I haven't really read his books, although I did read some of "No Self, No Problem" and found it quite interesting. I will point out that he actually has a new book out that coincidentally just went on sale today:

I am reading through Embracing Each Moment(about halfway through it), and I have No Self, No Problem but haven't started with it yet.

Embracing Each Moment does not seem to have any specific focus, at least as far as I can see, and covers the entire path. It is not a meditation manual(although you may gain insights into your practice), each chapter is an explanation of one particular aspect of the path, I think adapted from his talks. If you like his talks, you will find a lot of material you would like. I thought I would already be familiar with most of the topics in the book(impermanence for example), but his explanations provided a different perspective that I very much appreciated.

I haven't read his other books to compare, but if you aren't looking for one particular topic to read on then Embracing Each Moment might be a good place to start with. I would reiterate though that it is not a meditation manual, you won't find much instruction here if that's what you are looking for.
