Lunar eclipse and winter solstice

Post by narraboth » Mon Dec 20, 2010 12:32 pm

21st of Dec early morning is Lunar eclipse and winter solstice at night. (Greenwich standard time; Please count your own time base on your location)

If you have received 'tags grol' or 'Kuntu Zangpo Monlan', it's a good day to chant it. Would be very helpful.

btw, that day is also Khen. Jigme Phuntsok Rinpoche's passing memorial day.
If you know this great master or even received his teaching, it would be very good to pray to him at the same time.

December 21st
17h28 CET
should be
winter solstice
again.
When conceptual thinking arises,
Don't look at what arises: be what knows the arising.
Like an oak peg in hard ground,
Stand firm in awareness that knows.
And go deep into mystery.
