Yes, so I'm asking if anyone has a personal scanned copy of the booklet. I wrote down the major points of the practice and mantras, but didn't write down the finer details, like offerings.

Ask a SMS instructor if you can go to the essence with just the GY, M, and ded.

The four means of converting beings to the Dharma are generosity (which itself as four aspects: giving material gifts, conferring fearlessness, loving kindness and teaching Dharma), pleasant speech, conduct and setting an example.

You can always go to the essence of any diety you have transmission for. This is straight from the master.

Which of the various books on Yantra Yoga are most helpful or informative? Does the presentation differ significantly between the public and restricted texts?

But this probably for anuyoga practices only.
Although many individuals in this age appear to be merely indulging their worldly desires, one does not have the capacity to judge them, so it is best to train in pure vision.

They now require an identification number, which I don't have. I suspect one has to have a paid membership now for any purchase. So no luck there.

I think Kevin means for any diety ChNN has given transmission for, which I think is only anuyoga style.

Thsi is something that should be understood through Rinpoches instructions. I don't feel comfortable stating anything else online.

Mmm in my opinion this one, contains the union of the sun and the moon movements, the root text.

Yantra Yoga ENG http://shop.shangshungfoundation.com/es ... results=41

And this are videos on the moves

Tibetan Yoga of Movement: Level 1 and 2 http://shop.shangshungfoundation.com/es ... results=41

Pranayamas are far more serious to me so i would recommend you to take courses with a instructor to whom you can communicate with ease. Why? Because many questions will arise... yy is like that.

If you register on the website it should be enough.
