Adriano is leading the Ganapujas. He is the best umdze -practice leader- on ganapujas (i don't know if on more, havn't checked), and also the main translator of ChNN teachings.

I posted tearful face because I had read something that said Rinpoche had improved, but I doughty clarification with the webcast team and they said no and that is just a matter of time...

It seems there's going to be an explanation of mudras before the Ganapuja start time (17:00 GMT +2). In case someone is interested.

You can recite the Jigme Lingpa ganapuja prayer at the end of your practice and dedicate merit.meepits wrote: ↑Fri Sep 21, 2018 1:53 pm This recent emphasis on frequent ganapuja is giving me anxiety as I’ve always struggled with the extremely complex visualizations in the book of Thun & GP - transforming into a series of deities, revolving mantras around a central Hum etc.
Is there a simpler way that a solo practitioner (no groups near me) can purify samaya? I believe Malcolm once mentioned that a simple form of ganapuja was to just chant Om Ah Hum over the food / drink to be offered and to see it as the 5 meats / 5 nectars? But maybe that doesn’t specifically address purification?
I would really appreciate any suggestions. I had always assumed that returning to and maintaining our natural state was more important for a time like this than ganapuja, but I am clearly wrong about this, as so many wise and experienced practitioners are joining in these constant ganapujas. I feel stupid & unprepared. Thanks folks for any advice.
"All phenomena of samsara depend on the mind, so when the essence of mind is purified, samsara is purified. Since the phenomena of nirvana depend on the pristine consciousness of vidyā, because one remains in the immediacy of vidyā, buddhahood arises on its own. All critical points are summarized with those two." - Longchenpa

Pretty borderline IMO, you can find that stuff anywhere, rightly or wrongly. I edited out the comments to be safe though.

FWIW, the Guruyoga book pages 44 and 45 have been helpful in thinking about this as well.

The Namcho one but that's just for Dzogchen Community not in general. Shitro in general is connected to Yangti cycle, I think that's where it actually originates from.
Although many individuals in this age appear to be merely indulging their worldly desires, one does not have the capacity to judge them, so it is best to train in pure vision.
