It's not restricted to actual community members, just has a lot of stuff intended to be read after you attend. Near the end of the book is a section on the WWT.
You can get the book if you're planning to attend... just make a note of that when it gives you the option.

Probably three years ago, ChNNR has given a lung to a Dzogchen root text. Now I cannot recollect which one it is. If anyone has remembered its name, please would you like to share it?

I seem to remember someone mentioning a stream for the WWT on Facebook that was more reliable than the main webcast site? Or maybe that was for some other event. Is there such a thing?

Hopefully not, Facebook is a terrible website (morally & from an UX perspective). I really hope the official webcast works well.
