Have you received transmission of this practice?

This mantra is not transliterated correctly:

ཨོཾ་བྷུར་བྷུ་བ་སྭཿ
om bhur bhuwa sa
oṃ bhurbhuva svaḥ

This is the first part of the Vedic Gyatri mantra and should be "Oṃ bhūr bhūva suvaḥ," it means roughly "auspicious, the ground, below the ground. and the heavens."

I'm pretty sure Kalachakra is high tantra, so definitely a transmission required there. I wouldn't take risks with these mantras and would receive a transmission first alongside how to use these.

Seeing this being lungta, I've been recommended these (can be done without transmission, but better with it):

Only once.

If you have time and the inclination, after you have received lung for this, you can say any of these mantras as many times as you like.
