Do you mean the 12 Precious Empowerments offered by Kyabje Garchen Rinpoche at Gar Drölma in Dayton, Ohio, USA?

I had intended to simply fetch you the link from their YouTube, but curiously enough it seems like those videos are no longer publicly listed, so I cannot find them presently.
