White Tara and 800 years commemoration webcast

Hello there,

I would like to ask if someone in here has any experience with white tara practice according to the sadhana "Refined Drop of Immortality". I have some questions about the way how to practice.

Also is there anyone who has watched the webcast of the Lord Jigten Sumgon's 800 years since paranirvana and watched the part with empowerment? I again have some questions about that. :D
