Passing of the Master

Post by Queequeg » Fri Oct 13, 2017 12:29 pm

Today we mark the passing of Nichiren Daishonin at Ikegami in 1282.
Those who, even with distracted minds,
Entered a stupa compound
And chanted but once, “Namo Buddhaya!”
Have certainly attained the path of the buddhas.

the world is indeed in need to reflect on Risshō Ankoku Ron.
Everything it warned against is now happening.
Nature is ravaging the lives of humans on a scale never seen.
yeah it's climate change , but who in their ignorance creates this.

Risshō Ankoku Ron.
I've been reflecting on this today. It is as you say.

Rissho Ankoku Ron and Kanjin no Honzon Sho - two of Nichiren's most important writings.
