Reflections, a short film by Stephan Lun-Sin

Post by MalaBeads » Tue Jul 02, 2013 12:04 am

I received this beautiful short (5 minute) video today by email. The filmmaker is a Buddhist practitioner and I have seen one other film by him called: Chimé Phakmé Nyingtik Drupchen: A Visual Journey.

This is not a film about drug use, although it uses that as a theme. It is about the dark and light side of each person alive. To quote from the film: "When you believe only in your light, you forget about your shadow."

Very worth your 5 minutes to view, and worth a lifetime to contemplate.

I am well aware of my idiocy. I am also very aware that you too are an idiot. Therein lies our mutuality.
