Dynamo

Post by kalden yungdrung » Wed Aug 02, 2017 9:10 pm

Tashi delek,

We know it , it is all illusion, and there are some magicians, like David Copperfield , Hudini etc. who can bring illusion on a perfect way.
But Dynamo is the new generation of Magicians......
Here he brings a show which is difficult to explain how he is doing it, but that is the secret of the cook .
Maybe you know the answer ?

Tashi delek AX,

Thanks for the reply.
That would be then a great experience, to walk with him together.
Could you tell more about that ? Many don`t know this man and have no impression at all what is "behind" the show etc.

KY.

Ha ha, I meant walking along with him in the video that I watched, not actually in person with him. I have spent some time in Mumbai and enjoyed seeing the faces and sights in the video as well as Dynamo's special brand of magic.

Very impressive. Years ago, I had a friend who was a professional magician. I got to see how many of his tricks were done. Dynamo is on another level. But all of it is illusion like our perceptions of everyday life. But we are not amazed at our own state!

1. Use of 'invisible' thread.
2. Camera trickery, such as angles which obscure what you wish to hide.
3. Repeat until you get the right response - then only broadcast the one guess which was correct.
4. Stooges.
5. Mind games - exploitaton of suggestibility.

Regarding point 2, i have seen that the trick with taking out money of the wallet, and the return of the wallet (without money, happened in less than 2 seconds in the pocket of the owner. That is very fast.
That was filmed in slow motion and even here it was done very fast.
Then if one sees the empty bucket where a lot of fish came out, then one can conclude that there is something else happening than the above 5 mentioned points.
Maybe we know after some time /years what is his secret, until now it is not certain, how he fixes his illusionary tricks.
The most of us make speculations and suggestions, we can only guess......

There is a double-act of stage magicians called Penn and Teller and they often expain the illusions, such as running over a man with a truck without harming him. :)

I know one of the Dynamo illusions myself - asking strong men to push you over and holding them back. Pressure is applied under their elbows and the energy is diverted. Old martial arts trick. :)

Yes what i thought, explanable tricks / illusion.
Sure one ever can cut a body in two pieces, without bleeding, but the question was how did he do it.
That was unexplainable, until now.
Thanks for revealing the secret of the cook. :applause:
