This is quite sad. We should take better care of our teachers. Especially nowadays when teachers can give at least some basic talks via internet they should not be burdened by constant travels. Yes it is very precious when we can meet our teacher in flesh and not just via web, however we should also realize that for us to be able to meet them they have to stay in their mortal bodies.
I hope that all and especially senior teachers get enough rest to stay with us as long as possible and to benefit all beings.

H.H. Dalailama Warns Hectic Schedule Could Shorten His Life
“Observing samaya involves to remain inseparable from the union of wisdom and compassion at all times, to sustain mindfulness, and to put into practice the guru’s instructions”. Garchen Rinpoche
For those who do virtuous actions,
goodness is what comes to pass.
For those who do non-virtuous actions,
that becomes suffering indeed.
