Kirt's Tibetan Translation Notes

"Even if you practice only for an hour a day with faith and inspiration, good qualities will steadily increase. Regular practice makes it easy to transform your mind. From seeing only relative truth, you will eventually reach a profound certainty in the meaning of absolute truth."
Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.

"Only you can make your mind beautiful."

I have such respect for Bhikkhu Bodhi. He is a great practitioner, scholar, teacher, activist. He's the whole ticket.

To my mind, probably the greatest living Western Buddhist. I can't think of anyone else who comes close to him. And I can't think of any other Westerner who is held in such high regard by teachers in every other tradition - East or West.
“Trump’s grand and vulgar self-absorption is inviting all of us to examine our own selfishness. His ignorance calls us to attend to our own blind spots. The fears that he stokes and the isolation he promotes goad us to be braver, more generous.” - James S. Gordon.
