Kirt's Tibetan Translation Notes

"Even if you practice only for an hour a day with faith and inspiration, good qualities will steadily increase. Regular practice makes it easy to transform your mind. From seeing only relative truth, you will eventually reach a profound certainty in the meaning of absolute truth."
Kyabje Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche.

"Only you can make your mind beautiful."
HH Chetsang Rinpoche

I just had a chance to watch this. The content is a pithy history of the 7-points and an insightful summary of them. But to top it off, I especially enjoyed the dog that wandered in to sit at his feet as well as Wallace's demonstration of a focused mind toward the end. He never loses his composure or train of thought, or even his tempo, as the sun sets, another group starts chanting, and other dogs start fighting near his group.

Thanks Kirt!
