just discovered "The Spice Lab" on Amazon.... so many pages of tea, many puerh.

i just hope u don't cook the pages.

It just sits on my counter...I probably should refrigerate, though. It's never been a problem, though. It's there for a couple days, 3 at most.

The essence of the rice cake story is about drinking tea or the pages from Amazon about the tea.... just as you imagined. you nailed it bokki.
