News flash... Monks all dress the same too... As do ngakpa from the same gompa...

Or they may be wearing a specific costume, which is used for the specific ritual...

Whether they are a "folk dance group" or not I can't say, but the actual dance itself looks very similar to every ritual (non-folk) chod dance I've seen so...
