Shes rab smra seng, Bon deity?

This image is in a pack of Bon Thangka cards, labeled Shes rab smra seng, is it Manjushri or a similar Bon deity?

It is Sherab Ma We Senge.
Got accidently this inintion at Menri Monastry from the late Gyalwa Menri Trizin Rinpoche.

But this is also the same "Manjushri". ( "Teaching Mudra"), Don`t know the meaning of this mudra.........

Has many similarities with the "Vajrayana tri Murti" Manjushri ( Chen Rezig and Vajrapani).
