Dear all, the Ligmincha shop has been down for some time. Could you tell me where I can get the ZZNG ngondro booklet or, failing that, pdf? The wife needs an English version rather badly.

I meant the complete 9 x 100.000 ngondro. I already have the .pdf version, still looking for the paper booklet. You do not happen to know when the Ligmincha shop is going to be up again, do you?

Can help you with: "Bönchyod Gurim": Preliminary Practices for Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyud explained by the Bön Yongdzin Rinpoche.
Here is the ZZNG Ngöndro detailed explained.

But there are a lot similarities with the Atri Ngöndro, so if you miss something you can find it easy in the A Tri Ngöndro booklet.
100 syllable Mantra and mandala offering is the same in ZZNG and A Tri. Only special in ZZNG is the Chöd practice.
Only Guru Yoga and Chöd are different between ZZNG and A Tri Ngöndro

Have the complete A Tri Ngöndro for you and missing is only like explained above Chöd and Guru Yoga.
