Topics:

The first chapter of this Teaching describes the qualities of the qualified master and the qualified students.

The second explains the real Dzogchen View in detail; how it is, what it is and when you have it.

The third chapter says that if you understand Nature and the Dzogchen View, how you should practise and keep in that state and
integrate it with your condition.

The fourth chapter teaches about the result you will obtain if you practise. First of all you should be very sure of the View, secondly you
should meditate with practice and then this chapter tells what the achievements will be and what the final result will be.

The fifth chapter describes what kind of activities you are allowed to do while you practise, what you can say, what you can read, what
practise you can do and what activities you can do meanwhile.

The sixth chapter has so much to tell about paradise and heaven, how to get there, what the situation is there, who you will find there,
how you will know when you are there because so far you have no experience of it. This chapter talks a lot about happiness places, about
paradise.

The seventh chapter tells how, if you are not able to reach knowledge directly, you can rely on Bardo. It tells how to practise,
what to do. This chapter is the conclusion of these Teachings.
The best meditation is no meditation
