Silly question; why does it have to be that specific image? If you do a google image search and set the size to over 4MP you'll find plenty of good quality images https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=green ... ch&imgdii=_

That is "Green Tara in the Jungle" by Marianna Rydvald.
The original image like on the website was probably printed onto a wall or something, was lacquered, and then photo was taken at an angle. That's my guess.
