I found a book with exercises for the eyes
In one of the chapters there is a plaque for exercise
It is a strange symbol similar to snowflake and author says that it was from Tibet.
My question is
The Tibetans have this kind of methods?
How the monks exercise eyes, how they handle with myopia and astigmatism?
Eye yoga
