Could anyone please show me the wylie spelling for the Tibetan term 'cognizance' or rigpe cha? If possible, the sanskrit equivalent as well, please.

Is this what you’re asking for?

རིག་ཆ
the aware aspect, the aspect of awareness, the quality of being aware, cognizant, the cognizant aspect,
abbr. of རིག་པའི་ཆ་ Syn གདངས་ཆ་; on the side of awareness
